PROFESSIONAL LEGAL ASSISTANT – Guberman, Garson, Bush is seeking an experienced, professional legal assistant to work in a high-volume practice. Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and procedures is required and US immigration knowledge is desirable. An ideal applicant will be familiar with all kinds of work permits, skilled worker applications and filing cases at all of the ports of entry, Case Processing Centres, embassies, and consulates around the world. Attention to detail and an ability to be highly organized are critical. The successful applicant will possess educational credentials in a relevant field.

SUBMISSIONS WRITTER - Guberman, Garson, Bush is seeking a highly skilled writer to work under the direction of a very busy immigration lawyer. The work will involve assisting in the preparation of lengthy written legal documents, and also working to prepare the relevant forms. An ability to be able to juggle tasks and deadlines is important.
